It works as a normal text editor, it also has dialogs that allow visual editing of most source types.
Some other features:

Class browser
Unit browser
Dragging of class/unit members
Visual editing of class/unit members from editor or browsers
Class or unit members can be navigated to, from browsers or within the editor.
Code formatting
Delphi projects can be scanned for unused units
All menu and most editor shortcuts can be reassigned
External applications can be run from a tools menu
Syntax highlighting
Copy as html/rtf
Export as html/rtf
Single units can be compiled from the editor
All editable members can have an inline documentation comment, it can be edited as part of the member. They can be looked up from the editor or browsers.
