I decided to upload it to Torry's Delphi Pages, and the response has been phenomenal. Somewhere out there are a couple of thousand people who all wanted to use Windows NT's security API, but simply couldn't without digging deep into the WINAPI (In the WINAPI, no-one can hear you scream...). I have recently re-coded this component set, with the resulting code being much smaller and bug-free. NT Tools consists of the following components: NTShutdown A component to shutdown a local or remote Windows NT system NTSetComputerName A component to change the Machine/Computer name NTComputerName Retrieves the Machine/Computer name NTUserName Retrieves the current logged-on user name NTChangePassword Changes a user's password NTConnectDlg Displays a resource connection dialog NTDisconnectDlg Displays a resource disconnect dialog NTGetUserDomain Retrieves a user's associated domain name NTImpersonateUser Impersonates a user account NTLogon Performs a domain log-on NTWksUserGetInfo Retrieves information for a Workstation user NTWksUserSetInfo Sets information for a workstation user NTWksGetInfo Retrieves information about a workstation NTWksSetInfo Sets information for a workstation NTSetUserInfo Sets a user's account information NTGetUserInfo Retrieves a user's account information NTAddUser Adds a user to a group NTDelUser Removes a user from a group NTUserModalGet Retrieves modal user information NTUserModalSet Sets modal user information NTAddGlobalGroup Adds a global group NTAddGlobalUser Adds a user to a global group NTDelGlobalGroup Deletes a global group NTDelGlobalUser Deletes a user from a global group NTGlobalGetInfo Retrieves global account information NTGlobalSetInfo Sets global account information NTAddLocalGroup Adds a local group NTDelLocalGroup Deletes a local group NTLocalGetInfo Retrieves local group information NTLocalSetInfo Sets local group information NTServerGetInfo Retrieves server information NTServerSetInfo Sets server information NTRegisterEventSource Registers an application with the EventLog service NTReportEvent Allows a registered application to report events to the EventLog service Note that these components only work under Windows NT.
