It is a bug in IntraWeb, you may try their update. I have no idea whether it is fixed or not. Anyway turn off ISAPI cache on your IIS could be a work around.

turn off ISAPI cache on your IIS 上述部分早已關掉了,若真是intrweb的bug,可否有問題解決? 

Is your IntraWeb application working as a standalone application? The bug I mentioned is about exception handling:    

try
    raise Exception.Create('test');
except
end;

The above code should work fine inside a standalone application and as an ISAPI with caching turned off. It would cause session time out when ISAPI cache is on. This bug has already been reported and I don't know if they have it fixed or not now.
