GBase is the relational database. It does not need BDE, ADO or another engines to install.
You
work with it like with another relational databases. You have quick access to stored data
through indexes, improved searching and filtering methods, and so on.
Except standard types like string, integers, floating-points, currency, date, datetime, memo, richtextformat, you can store also graphic, and new: AnyRecord types and AnyFile. In this free version 1.05 you can append only up to 1000 records, and store only files of size up to 10 kb. You have also many "data-aware" controls, a program for GBase tables structure building, help file, and examples applications.
