libraries. ArtIcons contains a variety of paint tools to let you create and edit icons with image
formats in either standard or custom sizes, in color depths up to 32 bit with 8-bit transparency.
You can import icons from image, cursor and library files and even from executables. ArtIcons
allows you to arrange icons into libraries. It supports Windows XP icon format.
