Simplex is a small resource utility created for resource file manipulation. Featuring "Drag-N-Drop" file operations, and much more. The program utilizes the Borland family of compilers (Brcc32 / Dcc32) to compile script document's into resource files. Simplex (Completely configured) produces four file types including: Script, Delphi Project files (. DPR), Resource File (. RES) and Library (. DLL). Simplex was designed as a utility for programmers to quickly create custom resources (Library / RES files), for rapid application development.
