以下的套件完全不需要安装微软的SDK或DSPack就可以使用，完全跟上述的两套程式开发包没什么关系，只是如果你有再用上面的开发包做事，有了底下的工具，会更得心应手千百倍。    http://www.new-version.com/showthread/t-685.html 这个软体包含了所有大公司的解、编码的工具，像是Divx、Xvid、CyberLinkDVD、MPEG1、2、4的Encoder及Decoder，VOBSub字母机产生及自动调用机..........零零总总一堆，纯粹的工具包，如果分开买可能不少钱，这位有心的仁兄把这些公司的过滤器从系统中分离，提供方便的安装包，解决了不少问题哩。。。 http://delphi.ktop.com.tw/loadfile.php?TOPICID=12507493&CC=279727 这个是RealPlayer的媒体流分解过滤器，内容只有一个.AX档，双击它，然后找到regsvr32.exe(98/ME在SYSTEM，2K/XP在SYSTEM32下)，进行注册完成就好，接下来你可以用用你系统里的WindowsMediaPlayer7以上的版本，去试着打开RM，RMVB，RA，RAM等等的RealPlayer的专属媒体档，没有问题的话应该是可以正常播放咯～记得一件事，把电脑里那套有慢有吃资源的RealPlayer或RealOne给解除安装吧，用不到它了～如果你写了一套媒体播放器，可以带这个AX档上路，在播放器启动的时候再用REGSVR32帮这个AX档注册，就可以解RealPlayer的媒体档咯，程式结束时记得/u掉就好～套句中国内地的话说，这是个绿色软件啦(install Free,Driver Free,independent)～

哪些也不用涉猎，因为要学的编码格式是在太多太杂，不过万法不离宗，现在只管找文件学学如何写好Filter还有DMO哩～那些才是学习的重点.....    我现在在努力写 Sound Pitch(KTV调KEY)的Filter...才刚刚开始哩

謝謝~非常感謝，不過我還是得花點時間去學學如何處理PCM的資料，還真的感謝這樣的好工具~~

報告一個好消息，我們笨笨的繞了個大圈圈，也肯定看了一堆VC跟VB的SDK，結果呢？我發現在DSPACK的DEMOES\D6-D7里面有個FILTERS的目錄，里面就有使用DELPHI編寫FILTER的範本及空白框架~~~~~嗚~~~感動~~正在努力的看懂中
