各位先進, 比如我現在有一個 Sample rate 為 8k, 16bit mono 的 wave 檔, 我想將他 Convert 成其他 Format 如 11k 8bit mono ... 不知道有沒有什麼方法呢? 我之前使用本站的 WaveIO 元件, 的確可以轉 ... 但是轉出來的聲音有問題. 不知道各位先進是否可以提供方法或 Sample ... 謝謝.
