引言: 請問AP SERVER 的function 如何 debug ? Business從前端搬到中間層,變成無法debug? 一定有error的啊,如何除臭蟲? 發表人 - davwu 於 2003/07/17 09:04:00用Delphi執行AppServer程式，用檔案總管執行前端程式。

1.NOT COM ,NO GUID 是3-TIER SERVER端: DATAMODULE WITHIN DATABASE DATASETPROVIDER QUERY 三個元件ONLY 2.查書好像REMOTE DEBUG可以處理,但設不起來(run "C:\Program Files\Borland\Delphi6\Bin\BORdbg60.exe" -LISTEN AT CLIENT
AND RUN " BORdbg60.exe" AT SERVER THEN PROJECT OPTION LIKER PAGE
SELECT "Include remote debug symbols" .....

MIDAS via socket/web connection? Performance is not so good... Assume your AppServer is installed in PC1 and your Delphi is PC2
1) install remote debug server on PC1
2) rebuild you AppServer with options 'Include Remote debug symbols' found in Project|Options|Linker
3) copy the compiled file together with the LARGE remote debug symbols file to PC1
4) start remote debug server on PC1 if it is not started
5) fire Delphi and load the source on PC2
6) set option in Run|Parameters|Remote
7) run and debug.... BTW, remote debug (especially in Delphi 6) is not only slow and buggy sometimes, IMHO
