MY SQL    1.先DownLoad [url="http://mysql.nctu.edu.tw/Downloads/MySQL-Max-3.23/mysql-max-3.23.49-win.zip"]MY-SQL 3.23.49[/url] (現有4.0版,但3.23.49較穩定)    2.再Download [url="http://mysql.nctu.edu.tw/Downloads/MyODBC3/MyODBC-3.51.02.exe"]ODBC Driver[/url]    3.安裝MY-SQL後,執行\mysql\bin\winmysqladmin.exe 輸入代號與密碼(自設),右下角會出現"紅綠燈"    4.安裝ODBC後,設定ODBC DataSource Name:請自設 Host Server Name:請輸入您主機的名稱,或IP UserName:先空白 PassWord:先空白 用TestDatabase按鈕,出現Connect Successfully就表是成功了    5.祝使用愉快    ～～～Delphi K.Top網站總管～～～

小弟買的一本書裡有說到for windows的版本是有版權的 ....要多少我也忘了書丟在公司裡..

即然知道Linux資料庫不用錢為什麼還要Windows的資料庫呢? Mysql的Windows和Linux下在商業行為下都要版權費，只是不知道在什麼情況下 才算商業行為. 建議使用Postgresql在Linux下我覺得非常好用 最近我己成功轉換三家客戶由mssql => postgresql 透過ODBC非常簡單 所以我覺得目前的情況下(反盜版)最佳組合是 前端 Windows98/me ODBC (目前品牌電腦大都已附隨機版) 後端 Linux Postgresql (免費) 此狀況下應可省下不少$ (提供給大家參考) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 有夢想最美......

MYSQL所謂的商業行為,是指將mysql當成商品賣出!!

再補充,如果是使用mysql for windows ,則使用是需要版權的,不管是商業用或是商業行為!!

windows免費的資料庫Firebird 是 INTERBASE OPENSOURCE 改寫的 http://www.ibphoenix.com/

如果你使用 Access 的資料庫來開發，當完成後要商業化時，只要把 MDB 檔直接轉移到客戶那，意思是客戶那不裝 Offices 你的程式也可以執行。這是不是符合你的狀況呢
