週四收到 IDERA 的信件通知 RadStudio 10.3.2 已經 Release 了, 週五早上members.embarcadero.com 進去看, 因為手上只有IE, 網站告知已超過下載上限(奇怪, 以前也都沒這個問題), 因為人在外出差, chrome又裝不起來, 只好等回家再處理, 誰知週六回到家mmembers.embarcadero.com chrome就連不上(出現time out或找不到網頁), 一直到今天仍然是無法連, 但總算有進一步消息, 出現以下訊息, 不知各位有沒有這幾天有連上並成功下載的?

If the server is on the local machine, and if the before mentioned registry value does not exist or is set to 0, then the state server connection string must use either 'localhost' or '127.0.0.1' as the server name.
