If you mean you want to have a watermark effect in your quick report, you can just put in TQRLabel / Image and set their order to back (right click->control->send to back). You can also set the controls in front of those watermark to transperent. As there is no alphabending setting, you may have to do the watermark effect in other software and simply print them as graphic in Quick Report. You can also put the watermark direct in the report (not in band) so that they print out at the same position each page.
