我最近想要嘗試kylix，之前我先要安裝linux。我以前也裝過REDHAT，不過就 是會有問題，這次我改裝Mandrake 9.0，安裝起來順手多了。不過在網路上就 是無法連到INTERNET。因為我的網卡是DFE-530，搜尋了一下很多人都說這張卡 的驅動程式要重裝，我重新安裝後，原本無法啟動的網卡就可以啟動了，也可 以PING到區域網路和GATEWAY。不過還是不能連上INTERNET，我重複檢查與設定 我的NETWORK:IP、GATEWAY、DNS(168.95.1.1)都設了。還是連不出去。 同樣的機器我有安裝WINDOWS(多重開機)，同樣的設定值，就可以連出去。 雖然區域網路有CISCO firewall，可是相同的IP應該不會是FIREWALL的問題。 我試了一天，有誰可以給我意見嗎，或者找解決方式的管道。 --- Azi

我的防火牆是 192.168.1.254，ATUR 是 192.168.1.253 我在 Linuxconf->networking-> Routing and getways 中的 Defaults: 設為 192.168.1.254 (也試過設為192.168.1.253) 但都還是不能連上網路。 我在退出(QUIT)Linuxconf時，他會出現'some error were report' 'Do you want to examine the logs?' 不過我看不出裡面寫什麼錯誤訊息? 而且我用GNOM 進去時，剛開始時會有一個'無法查詢'Testhost.localhost' 的網路位址，這會使GNOM無法正常運作。 或許將Testhost.localhost 加入 /etc/hosts 可以避免問題出現。 這是否與我連上internet有關係?我會再試試。謝謝williams一直給建議。 --- Azi

If you can ping your gateway, can you ping your DNS or any other external ip address? If you can ping you DNS, perhaps you should check you /etc/resolv.conf file. Otherwise can you show the output of the command route?

Your routing table looks fine to me. Can you test your DNS settings by trying to lookup? e.g. nslookup www.borland.com Perhaps test the route: traceroute -d 168.95.1.1
