Enhanced TRegistryEnhancement to TRegistry component from BCB 4.0. Fixes problems with registry permissions when using TRegistry with Windows NT. Adds ReadX functions with default that return the default value rather than throw an exception when a key is absent. My changes are hereby made public domain.
